建立综合性的财务信息化系统,实现各管理系统的统一设计和管理,可充分发挥各项信息的相互支撑作用,更好地适应各项财政财务改革的需要。以现代信息网络技术为支撑,构建以部门基础信息库为基础,预算和计划管理为主线,以项目管理为核心,全面涵盖预算管理、预算执行、财务核算、资产管理、部门决算、统计分析等工作的计财业务系统,实现基础业务的信息化、流程化、科学化。

Establishing a comprehensive financial information system and realizing the unified design and management of various management systems fully play the supporting functions of information and better adapt to the needs of the various finance reform. Based on the modern information network technology, a new financial business system is built on the basis of department basic information database, and makes the budgeting, planning and project management as the core, and contains budget execution, financial accounting, asset management, final accounts and statistical analysis to realize the basic business informationization, process, scientification.
