摘要:
通过分析2016年第21号台风"莎莉嘉"环流背景、过程特点及其对广西的农业、交通运输、水利、电力、旅游等行业的影响,对灾害造成的综合影响进行了评估。结果表明:台风"莎莉嘉"具有正面袭击广西、风雨范围广、局地降雨强度大的特点,对广西的影响有利有弊,一方面有效缓解了前期广西大部的干旱,另一方面也给广西的农业、交通运输、水利、电力、旅游等行业带来较大的不利影响,造成直接经济损失2.35亿元。
