针对中国气象局卫星数据广播系统(CMACast)由原先的Ku波段变为C波段后,应急移动气象台的卫星系统与国家局的卫星信号无法建立链接,导致应急移动气象台无法开展视频会商、资料接收等相关业务,在此提出相应的解决方法,以确保气象应急移动业务正常开展。

According to bad links between emergency mobile meteorological satellite system and the country’s satellite due to the China meteorological administration satellite data broadcast system (CMACast) changing the original band from Ku into C, corresponding solutions were put forward to ensure normal meteorological emergency mobile business.
