摘要:
通过对柳州市的短历时暴雨变化特征进行分析得出:柳州市区短历时暴雨的强度和分布特征均发生显著变化,增强、增多的趋势明显;高强度降水是造成城市内涝的主要外因,而暴雨强度公式是科学、合理地制定城市排水专业规划和排水工程设计的基础,建议每隔10年对柳州市暴雨强度公式进行修编。
