摘要:
通过对目前事业单位规章制度建设情况的分析，找出事业单位规章制度建设存在的问题，并提出几点规章制度建设对策，为事业单位健康持续发展提供参考依据。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of the current era, the institutional rules and regulations are increasing, the integrity and implementation of the rules will directly affect the order and development. Therefore, perfect rules, regulations, and good implementation are the foundations of the public institutions. The author combined own management experience, analyzed the existing problems of the institutions’ rules and regulations, and put forward some construction concerns for reference.
