摘要:
在国家人影业务现代化背景下，分析了广西人影作业人员培训的现状，进行了教学模式改革，从课程设计、资源建设和培训实施等角度，探索出一套依托中国气象远程教育网开展网络培训和本地化面授培训相结合的混合模式教学，为提高部门业务人员培训效果和针对性提供新的模式参考。
Abstract:
Under the background of the modernization of the national weather modification business, the current situation of the training of weather modification operators in Guangxi was analyzed, and the teaching mode reform was carried out. From the perspectives of curriculum design, resource construction and training implementation, a set of blended teaching methods combining online training and localized face-to-face training based on the China Meteorological Distance Education Network have been explored to provide a new model for improving the effectiveness and pertinence of departmental business personnel training.
