摘要:
通过概述国内外科普机构现状,分析了我国国家级、省级、地市和县级气象科普机构的构成和存在的问题,结合我国全面深化改革形势和气象现代化的发展要求,对气象科普机构建制体系改革在机构建设目标、种类职能和长效发展机制等方面提出了建议。
Abstract:
By sketching the status of popular science organization at home and abroad, analyzing the structure and problems of meteorological popular science organization at different level in our country, some countermeasures on meteorological popular science organization system reform were proposed from the perspectives of institution building target, clarification and corresponding function and long term development mechanism, according to China’s comprehensive deepening reform situation and development of meteorological modernization.
