摘要:
从预算管理和内部控制的角度出发，结合我区气象部门三级财务管理的实际情况，对目前新计财业务系统下的报销流程现状进行梳理与分析，找出流程中存在的的薄弱环节和风险弊端，提出优化流程的一些建议，以期能够进一步加强财务工作的规范性，提高财务工作运转效率、增强干部职工预算意识、有效降低内部控制风险、加强党风廉政建设、保障资金运营安全，充分发挥流程的导向性作用。
