摘要:
通过对桂林市电梯防雷设施的现状和雷击案例分析,找出安全意识、技术缺陷、设计缺陷、人为因素、特殊因素等方面因素是构成桂林市电梯安全问题的隐患,并提出了相应的应对措施进行探讨。
