摘要:
通过对涠洲岛气象站远程学习示范点创建过程中的经验总结，探讨基层气象机构如何利用气象远程教育平台更好的开展自身的学习型组织建设工作、人才队伍建设工作和气象宣传工作。
Abstract:
Through summarizing the experience of establishing the distance learning demonstration site of Weizhou Island Meteorological Station, this paper discussed how the grass-roots meteorological institutions can make use of the meteorological distance education platform to better carry out their own learning organization construction, build the talent team, and do the meteorological propaganda work.
