摘要:
在财务集中核算模式下，针对气象部门省级财务核算单位存在的问题，以及财务会计与管理会计的职能统一严重影响到管理会计的职能发挥以及财务管理的效能的现状，提出气象部门会计职能分离的新思路，以期为提升气象部门财务管理效能提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Under the centralized financial accounting mode, in view of the problems and current situation of provincial financial accounting units of meteorological departments-the functional unity of financial accounting and management accounting seriously affects the function of management accounting and the efficiency of financial management. This paper put forward a new idea of the separation of accounting functions in meteorological departments, in order to provide reference for improving the financial management efficiency of meteorological departments.
