摘要:
通过对商业气象服务APP现状、成都常驻居民公共气象服务APP需求进行调研，分析其产品、风格、优点、缺点等；结合SWOT分析法确定自身的竞争优劣势、机会和威胁，将产品定位与内部资源、外部环境有机地结合，给出成都本地公共气象服务APP建设建议。结果显示：成都市公众对天气APP需求由高至低排列依次是：专业性、本地性、美观性、互动性、娱乐性、丰富性。成都市气象部门气象服务APP的优势在于信息的准确性和权威性；劣势是缺乏市场敏锐度，服务形式、内容落后；机会在于能提供精细化的本地特色的气象服务产品；威胁是商业气象服务
