摘要:
通过对2016年气象绩效考评工作中有关气象探测环境保护、推进气象现代化建设、基层气象防灾减灾等3项指标以及列入自治区绩效评价体系中5个气象工作有关指标的剖析，试图探索和总结做好气象部门绩效考评工作的有效途径和先进经验。结果表明，气象绩效考评工作已经成为提升基层气象防灾减灾能力、造福人民群众、为广西社会经济稳定发展保驾护航的重要抓手和有力工具，是今后绩效工作中不容忽视的重要内容之一。
