摘要:
根据移动公司"农信通"12582手机短信平台对农情气象短信产品需求，利用Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库、VB6.0编程、VB Script控制电子表格、Surfer 8.0制图以及ASP网页等技术，采用C/S架构，建立了相应的广西农情气象短信产品资料采集系统，并对其构建方式和功能模块进行了详细的介绍。
Abstract:
According to the demand of mobile company via "Nongxintong" 12582 SMS platform of agricultural condition weather message products, agricultural condition weather message products collection system was established in C/S frameworkby using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,VB6.0programme, VB Script, Surfer 8.0 and ASP and the building of mode and the function module are introduced in details.
